The Magic bullet has never made sense to me, like, as soon as that Bullet hits the Governer's wrist and turns, that bullet is losing a lot of the initial velocity. A bullet only has high velocity until it reaches a certain length or hits a more solid object and changes direction, as soon as a bullet's direction changes, it's velocity is next to gone.
